Q: When is payment due?
A: We require a 20% deposit to secure your booking, with the remaining balance payable upon delivery. The deposit allows us to reserve transport and scheduling specifically for your job. It also ensures commitment from both parties and helps prevent last-minute cancellations or changes that can result in lost time and resources.
Q: What are the costs?
A: Currently we are charging $2 per km with a 10% saving if you book a return trip. These fees are subject to change pending circumstances outside our control. There is a $125 minimum charge.
Q: Where can you pick up my vehicle?
A: From homes, businesses, storage facilities, or any accessible address you specify.
Q: Where will my vehicle be delivered?
A: To the address you choose — your home, a storage facility, or another secure location.
Q: Why choose door-to-door?

Q: Can you pick up from auction houses?
A: We can arrange this service if required.
Q: Can you pick up from depots?
A: We certainly can as long as the depot is willing to allow this.
Q: Can you drop off at a depot?
A: We can arrange this service as long as the depot is willing to accept your vehicle.
Q: Can you transport non running cars?
A: Yes we can, as long as they can be winched onto our trailer. We can handle the transportation of non-running or damaged vehicles in most situations, however, we understand that your situation maybe unique. Q: What insurance do you have?
A: We have transit insurance to protect your vehicle against theft and accidental damage while it is in our care, from collection through to delivery. Please note that certain exclusions apply, including damage from stone chips, hail, or other events beyond our control. We recommend that you insure your vehicle during transport for the damage that may happen that is outside our insurance and outside of our control.
Q: What do I do if my vehicle is damaged during transport?
A: Upon delivery, please inspect your vehicle carefully with the driver to determine whether any damage has occurred during transport. Any damage must be noted with us before the driver leaves the premises. Please ensure that all damage is recorded in writing and signed at the time of delivery. Please note that any damage to the interior of the vehicle caused by items left inside the vehicle is not covered by insurance. While we will make every reasonable effort to prevent damage while your vehicle is in our care, certain circumstances may arise that are beyond our control. For this reason, we strongly recommend that your vehicle is fully insured during transport. Photographs will be taken at both collection and delivery to document the vehicle’s condition and to record any damage.
